Skip Normand held marketing, sales, and sales management positions with three global companies prior to founding Normand & Associates.  An internationally known consultant, trainer, and keynote speaker, Skip has authored more than 20 sales and sales management training programs. 

 

Liz Normand, M.A., sold for two global companies, eventually becoming the Director of Training for one of them, a major pharmaceutical firm.  She holds a Master’s degree in Education and works with Skip in the areas of needs assessment, course development, and training program customization. Liz has an extensive background in the design of dynamic and effective training programs that produce measurable and sustainable results.
